7events operates all over Bangalore and beyond Bangalore. We quite often execute the events outside Bangalore as well.

What are the different options available for Birthday Party Services?
A birthday can have decoration, carnival activities, Interactive games and Shows, Fun eatables, Photo , Video, Projector Film, Cake Cutting Events, Music , Dance, Food and Return Gifts. Depending on customers budget and dreams 7events plans the party for individuals.
 

Can 7events executive meet in person at home to give us more details so that it is easy for the entire family to decide the best plan?
Definitely. We would give complete details over phone and also would email the details as per the customer needs. Website is another informative source to understand many of the services. If the customer is fine with costing we would be interested to visit the place and give more details to take the bookings. Most of the customers are booking over phone call unless the event is big and needs more detailed plan details from our executives.

  How many people are in 7events?
Well we understand that customers needs to ensure whether the company is handled by a single person or as a team. We have marketing executives, Event Coordinators, Helpers, Accounts and 10's of Vendors. Once the Booking is taken up by the Booking executive, the company shares the coordinator's number to the customer where they can keep in touch with them for any follow ups. The bookings will be stored with company team. We have good team to handle multiple projects and customers does not need to really rely on the booking executive though the booking executive is the main in-charge of your event.
  How to place the Event Order?
Your order will be taken over phone if it is a tele call booking. We will intern send an order confirmation email with some notes to the customer. We would be also sharing the Event coordinator number so that customers can follow up with him for any small concerns, Photo, Video, Album deliveries.
Advance amount can be deposited by Bank transfer, cheque deposits or by cash.
